Interim Fund Finance Lawyer – Top City Law Firm

Our client, a top law firm based in the city of London, is currently looking for support within their fund finance practice during a period with a busy pipeline of work.

The post is likely to last an initial period of six months.

Role Responsibilities:

1. You will typically act on all elements of a financing from term sheet stage, through to closing and post-closing. Your specific areas of responsibility will be to draft and negotiate term sheets, security documents, intercreditor agreements and facilities agreements, ensuring a smooth process to transaction close.
2. You will be expected to manage projects that have been assigned to you, and liaise closely with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisers.

Skill Requirements:

• Experience in subscription finance, net asset value and other fund finance facilities.
• There may also be times where you will be supporting other parts of the loans team, e.g. assisting on things such as corporate lending or acquisition finance – the core focus however will be fund finance.
• Experience in fund finance required, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements in a private practice environment.
