Interim Fund Finance Lawyer – Top City Law Firm
Our client, a top law firm based in the city of London, is currently looking for support within their fund finance practice during a period with a busy pipeline of work.
The post is likely to last an initial period of six months.
Role Responsibilities:
- You will typically act on all elements of a financing from term sheet stage, through to closing and post-closing. Your specific areas of responsibility will be to draft and negotiate term sheets, security documents, intercreditor agreements and facilities agreements, ensuring a smooth process to transaction close.
- You will be expected to manage projects that have been assigned to you, and liaise closely with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisers.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience in subscription finance, net asset value and other fund finance facilities.
- There may also be times where you will be supporting other parts of the loans team, e.g. assisting on things such as corporate lending or acquisition finance – the core focus however will be fund finance.
- Experience in fund finance required, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements in a private practice environment.
