Building Surveyor – Prestigious Historic Estate
Location: Central London
Hours: 38.75 per week (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:15 PM)

What’s Needed?
The ideal candidate will have:
- MRICS or equivalent with at least 5 years' PQE
- Experience working with listed and historic buildings
- Experience issuing and preparing Scott Schedules
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- A background in building surveys, maintenance, and refurbishments
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
The Role
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a unique portfolio of historic and modern properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting building surveys, repairs, and dilapidations assessments
- Preparing budgets, specifications, and project plans
- Managing refurbishment and improvement projects
- Advising on the maintenance of listed buildings
- Overseeing contractors, compliance, and tenant works
