• My client are an established company with a very strong reputation in the external envelope and facades marketplace.
• Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial.
• HQ based in Essex with projects in London and the home counties.

The Role – Project Manager

My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to join them initially on a project in Cambridge, with further projects being in London and home counties.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating programmes, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Lead project team
• Monitoring progress
• Ensuring programme dates are met
• Mitigating risks
• Regular meetings with design, precon and subcontractors
• Involvement in cost reporting meetings
• Ensuring method statements/ risk assessments are reviewed

**Previous experience in a Project Manager role, within facade is essential**
