The Opportunity
Our client is delivering a broad portfolio of change across every business function—spanning customer experience, commercial, operations, finance, and HR. With numerous new and ongoing projects, they are expanding their Business Analysis function and looking for skilled professionals to help drive innovation and business value.
You'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and solution delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, well-understood, and successfully delivered.
What You’ll Be Working On
You'll contribute to projects such as:
- Redeveloping customer-facing websites
- Driving efficiencies through robotic process automation and AI
- Rolling out new IT service management capabilities
- Supporting large-scale enterprise integrations with 3rd-party suppliers
- Enhancing commercial and operational performance through modern tech solutions
This is part of a wider transformation to a digital-first, cloud-enabled operating model designed to accelerate time-to-value and embed innovation at the core of the business.
About You
You’re a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring a strategic mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups around a shared vision. You’re also confident navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and adept at leading cross-functional workshops.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale IT or digital transformation programmes
- Track record of working on complex integration projects, especially involving 3rd-party suppliers
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior business leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep experience in process engineering and requirement documentation
