This role will support the EU Data Centre Team and report to the Deputy Head, Europe Data Centre Operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage Financial Authority Limit (FAL) documentation and related matters, drawing up and submitting FAL requests on behalf of the EU Data Centre Team as required.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the EU Data Centre Team.
- Organise, schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings including booking of meeting rooms, arranging for IT set up and/or external venues, registering guests etc.
- Arrange and submit travel-related claims for flights, transportation, hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Assist in planning in-house or off-site activities, such as team events and conferences.
- General administrative support for data entry, approval papers and invoices, and maintenance of proper filing system, including Work Orders and POs.
- Assist with creating templates for presentations and external communications materials, to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Liaise with other relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Management or other relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in/exposure to working for a Data Centre organisation.
- At least 3 years of relevant admin experience, ideally gained within a Data Centre environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and time management skills.
- Meticulous, well-organised and a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
