This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic chef with experience in high-end events, large-scale functions, and luxury banqueting operations.

The Role:

• Oversee all banqueting and events catering across a range of exclusive functions
• Lead a skilled brigade to deliver exceptional cuisine at scale
• Work closely with Events and F&B teams to maintain flawless standards and service
• Design and execute bespoke menus for VIP clients, weddings, galas, and corporate events

About You:

• Proven experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in luxury banqueting
• Comfortable with high volumes and premium event execution
• A natural leader who thrives under pressure and brings calm to a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a sharp eye for detail
