Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Automatic Door and Shutter Engineer (S) located in the Greater london and Southern England Areas . The Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors, roller shutters, industrial doors, entry systems, gates, and barriers. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations with great rates of pay new Van, tools and extensive overtime opportunities .
Qualifications
- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors and roller shutters
- Knowledge of industrial doors, entry systems, gates, and barriers
- Technical skills in diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Health and safety awareness in the workplace
- Relevant certifications in engineering or security systems
- Experience in the security industry is a plus
