Overview

:We are seeking a highly analytical HR Reporting Manager to deliver accurate group-wide reporting, people-related metrics, dashboards, and financial modelling. This role will support HR projects by providing insights, data collection, and reporting while ensuring data integrity across HR systems

.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Maintain and enhance HR dashboards, metrics, and senior management reporting pack
• s.Create, analyse, and reconcile headcount and remuneration budgets, forecasts, and financial report
• s.Deliver continuous improvements in HR reporting models and system
• s.Own key internal reports, including gender pay gap analysis, annual pay reviews, and incentive plan
