Corporate Solicitor – 3+ PQE- Warwickshire | 1 Day Office Working | £60,000 – £80,000 DOE

I’m currently working with a leading Legal 500 law firm based in Warwickshire that’s looking to grow their well-established Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who is seeking flexibility, strong work-life balance, and the chance to work with a highly regarded team.

The Role:

• Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of corporate law
• Support and mentor junior members of the team
• Maintain and develop technical knowledge and share insight across the team
• Contribute to business development, marketing, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate on cross-functional matters with other departments

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years PQE in corporate law
• A solid grounding in corporate legal matters
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Ability to manage strong client relationships and collaborate effectively
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach
• Exposure to one or more of: Tax, Intellectual Property, Charity Law, Agricultural Law (advantageous)
