Electrical & Mechanical Site Manager

A Leading Building Services company is looking to recruit an Electrical and a Mechanical site Manager for a large 50M project in Chichester, Paye staff roles.

• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical / Electrical building services.
• Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve mechanical / electrical issues.
• Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
• Ensure on-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, RAMS, PPE etc.
• On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
• Oversee and manage labour and subcontractors.

Previous exp with Mechanical and electrical installations on largescale projects is essential.
