Job Description:
HR Operations Specialist – Day rate to be discussed, 1 year FTC, office working. Location, Derby (2 days on-site).
Responsibilities:
- You will be an SME which will pick up complex cases for example payroll, escalations, shift queries, absences, and flexible working, all while supporting and future proofing process improvements.
- Managing Complex HR cases and dealing with customer escalations from engagement through to resolution
- Contributing to continuous improvement through identification of recurring queries/new processes/automation/standardisation to simplify, and enhance policies, processes and technologies
Required experience:
- Experience and expertise of delivering HR service operations
- Good understanding of HR technology and experience of the development and deployment of HR systems
- Good understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies in an operational environment
- Systems/Technologies= experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Excel
- Available for the full 1-year FTC
