They’re using cutting-edge tech to build smarter, faster systems that rethink how finance works from the ground up. This collaborative, forward-thinking team, are building powerful, AI-driven solutions using open-source LLMs, replacing outdated systems with sleek, scalable tech within Asset Management.

Based: Remote or London office

Salary: Up to £85,000

What You’ll Do

• Lead NLP research, focusing on LLMs and code understanding
• Run experiments, apply research, and build internal benchmarks
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to research publications
