My client, a leading architecture and design practice in London, is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to join their friendly and collaborative team. This part-time role (three days per week) offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the studio, supporting financial processes, HR, and general administration. Full-time applicants will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial processes, including expense reconciliation, payments, invoicing, and VAT returns using Xero
- Support payroll and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee staff records, contracts, and HR policies
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Coordinate training and track timesheets
- Manage office supplies, travel, and external supplier relationships
- Handle phone enquiries and welcome visitors
- Oversee practice insurances, memberships, and accreditations
- Support office events and activities
Skills Required
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a creative industry
- Proficiency in Xero
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Friendly, proactive, and flexible
