M&E Operations Manager

My client is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team working closely with the Division Director. You will be covering Healthcare, Life Science, and Commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing various live projects ranging from £5 – £25 million
• Oversee day-to-day M&E operations, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and safely.
• Working with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Develop and manage the budget for the operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in M&E operations
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
