An exciting new role for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join a dynamic Apprenticeship team. Working for a leading training provider who specialise in IT and Digital apprenticeships. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in winning new business, driving client relationships, activity, and fee generation via apprenticeship starts. You will demonstrate high levels of pace, passion and persuasion with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- Experience of winning new business and managing key accounts
- MUST HAVE Apprenticeships knowledge
Responsibilities:
- To achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
- To generate success from sales calls
- To generate high quality candidates
- Managing client relationships to the highest standard
- To evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
- To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Maintaining all relevant management information on the CRM
