About the Role

We’re seeking a fluent Mandarin-speaking Sales Negotiator to join a prestigious property developer in South East London. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to break into the dynamic New Homes sector with comprehensive training and support provided.

Location: South East LondonSalary: up to £30,000 Basic + OTE £50,000 – £60,000Position: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1. Guide prospective buyers through the entire sales journey from initial interest to completion
2. Conduct engaging property viewings and tours, both in-person and virtually
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients
4. Develop comprehensive knowledge of our developments and the local property market
5. Work collaboratively with developers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
6. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement

The Ideal Candidate

1. Essential: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural flair for sales
3. Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional service standards
4. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (property experience beneficial but not required)
5. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a target-oriented environment
6. Professional presentation and a genuine passion for property
7. Availability to work weekends (with compensatory time off during weekdays)
