OVERVIEW:
- You will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors.
- The appointed solicitor will advise clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
- Opportunity to advance to a managerial role or take on managerial duties.
- The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Commercial Property cases.
- You will have the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
- No following necessary.
- You will offer exceptional levels of client care.
