Job Opportunity: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in commercial disputes, including court hearings
2. Provide advocacy in tribunals, arbitration and mediation
3. Draft pleadings, instruct expert witnesses and prepare cases
4. Participate in business development
5. Collaborate with team members and instruct counsel as needed

Experience Required:

1. 3+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution
2. Good technical knowledge and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Proactive and positive approach to client demands
