Job Description:

Principal or Associate level Building Services Electrical required for a growing engineering consultancy to work on innovative solutions to complex building engineering and design requirements as part of a built environment specialist team.

Requirements:

1. Building Services Electrical Design experience.
2. Consulting experience leading small to medium sized projects.
3. Chartered engineer or close to becoming one.

The Role:

1. Lead Electrical services design on large projects.
2. Technical lead across small Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.
3. Define and agree client briefs.
4. Prioritise the workload of a project team across specialist groups.
5. Lead internal project team meetings.
6. Control project expenditure.
7. Own quality and technical accuracy.
