We’re on the lookout for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to join a powerhouse team in one of London’s most iconic venues.
This role is all about driving new business across a diverse B2B events portfolio – from brand launches to TV & film shoots, press events, Christmas parties, corporate celebrations, and more.
The Role
You’ll be the face of the brand within the events industry, bringing in exciting clients and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. A natural networker, you thrive on building relationships and making things happen.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new B2B business across key verticals – creative industries, agencies, brand-side clients, and corporates
- Develop and close commercial opportunities for private hire, brand activations, and bespoke events
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, hitting KPIs and gross profit targets
- Lead on pitches, proposals, and venue showcases, working collaboratively with the wider events and ops team
- Represent the venue at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Track trends in the creative and corporate events world, identifying new revenue streams
About You
4+ years’ experience in a B2B sales role within the events, hospitality, or venue sector
A proven new business hunter – confident pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Obsessed with targets – you’re motivated by performance and profitability
A natural networker with a little black book full of agency, brand, and production contacts
Confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
