Head of Legal Compliance

DMJ is excited to be working with an exciting FTSE 250 listed manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Group Head of Legal & Compliance to help accelerate the growth of the team and the business. This is a permanent position near Bristol.

You will ensure the company has a robust compliance programme which supports their core values. This is a newly created role where you will be working as a highly driven professional committed to strengthening the legal department and contributing to the company’s growth.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified legal practitioner with extensive experience of managing international governance and compliance frameworks.
• Possess knowledge and experience of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks in overseas jurisdictions.
• Have significant domain knowledge in key compliance areas such as anti-corruption, competition & antitrust, investigations, and whistleblowing.
• Be comfortable in conducting internal investigations.
