We’re partnering with a global provider of EV charging solutions looking to hire a Head of Business Development. This is a crucial new role to support rapid growth as you plan, develop and implement commercial strategies that drive profit and sustainable growth for the company. You’ll hold a senior role in the executive team working closely with the group CEO to navigate the inevitable commercial challenges. The company is undergoing transformation, so you need to be adaptable and pragmatic. In return you’ll get an opportunity to shape the future.
The role would suit someone:
- With a background in EV charging, energy or construction with a strong track record of solution selling.
- Knowledge in bidding for and running commercially viable, profitable projects.
- Excellent people management skills, able to coach, nurture, develop your team, plus create strong relationships with senior peers.
- Able to implement best practice systems and procedures, having a flexible approach. Highly commercial, contractually literate, financially savvy.
- Strong leadership experience and an inspiring style.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in order to successfully manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Driven to take ownership and accountability.
