  • Dedicated 1:1 Support: Every student receives 1:1 support, with dedicated assistants who work closely with the class teacher and provide personalized tutoring based on individual needs.
  • A Safe and Structured Environment: We use a traffic light system to ensure everyone is aware of the situation in each corridor, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  • Amazing Facilities: We believe in providing a rich and engaging learning environment. Our school features trampolines, yoga rooms, and sensory rooms attached to each classroom, all designed to promote learning, movement, and well-being.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support learners in a variety of classroom settings.
  • Assist the class teacher with daily routines and activities.
  • Create a positive and encouraging environment for our learners.
  • Work alongside our 1:1 support staff.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Have a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting our learners.
  • Have experience working with children with SEN or have a personal connection to SEN (such as a family member with special needs).
