We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Production manager to join a growing and evolving manufacturing company based in Southampton.

Introduction

Our client are looking for a proven production / manufacturing leader who has a background in successfully improving and streamlining manufacturing processes whilst successfully driving their teams forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Running of the manufacturing teams, increasing productivity through KPI’s, training and ensuring a continuous workflow.
• Establishing new manufacturing processes across manufacturing departments
• Improving on-time delivery and production lead times
• Scheduling and production planning

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Strong manufacturing process streamlining background
• Scheduling and production planning
• LEAN
• Six Sigma
• Continuous Improvement
• Strong organisation skills

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

Salary: 45,000 – 55,000
