- Cross-department support : Helping ensure smooth operations across the hotel throughout the day, assisting where necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Guest Relations : Building and nurturing excellent guest relationships, ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Administrative Support : Assisting the Hotel Manager with accounting and administrative tasks to maintain the hotel’s financial and operational integrity.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel reception management within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a reception team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and build lasting relationships.
- Strong upselling and sales ability to maximise revenue through room upgrades, services, and promotions.
- Ability to maintain high service standards, manage guest complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with a commitment to leading by example.
