The Junior Sous Chef will work with a 1 AA Rosette fresh-food menu that changes daily, focusing on seasonal, sustainable produce sourced from London and its outskirts.This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of the kitchen . Rosette experience isn’t required -just a hunger to learn , a passion for elevated small plates , and a deep love for quality ingredients .Junior Sous Chef benefits:

Junior Sous Chef requirements:
