• Teach a full range of English courses, catering to all levels up to Key Stage 5 (GCSE and A-Level).
• Develop engaging and stimulating lesson plans that foster a love of the English language and literature.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable to participate and express themselves.
• Track student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
• Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and departmental initiatives.
• Play an active role in the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues and supporting student welfare.

You will be:

• A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong track record in English language and literature instruction.
• An inspirational and engaging educator with the ability to motivate and challenge students.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
