About the Role
Are you a University Graduate with a Degree in Business Studies and interested in a career in Education? Do you have experience working with children? If so, you can gain paid work in mainstream secondary schools across Sheffield supporting pupils with learning disabilities, additional learning needs, or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The desired Graduate would be working in the capacity of a Cover Supervisor, with an interest in a future of Teaching, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils.
The suitable candidate will be provided with the appropriate training and support for this role.
You will be required to build positive relationships with pupils, devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, and help them get the most out of their time in education. This can either be full or part-time, depending on your circumstances.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Education Graduate, you will:
- Have a warm and friendly nature to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Hold a degree in Business Studies.
- Be willing to work in mainstream secondary school settings in the capacity of a Cover Supervisor.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Relevant experience of working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
