We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to make a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with their learning and overall wellbeing.
- Create a safe and caring environment where every child can thrive.
- Assist with care needs and implement positive behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
- Build supportive relationships with pupils to foster their independence and personal growth.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver a challenging and engaging curriculum.
- Does not offer visa sponsorship.
Experience & Qualifications
- Essential:
- GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above.
- Understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- Desirable:
- Working towards a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools or equivalent.
- Experience with SEN/SEMH/ASD in an educational setting.
