Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Building Surveying team, supporting the development of junior and mid-level staff
- Deliver a range of work including refurbishments, dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence
- Take responsibility for project delivery and client management
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain high standards of technical quality and client service
Requirements:
- Senior or Associate-level Building Surveyor with leadership experience in a consultancy setting
- Strong track record across both professional and project work
- Confident in managing people and developing client relationships
- Commercially focused, with a proactive approach to work and team development
