What will the Management Accountant role involve?
- Prepare accurate, timely financial reports with insights to aid senior management decision-making.
- Analyse performance variances, identify risks/opportunities, and support reforecasting.
- Enhance reporting by integrating operational and financial data while improving systems.
- Lead budgeting/forecasting process and support finance teams with ledger control and reconciliations.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with expertise in management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong communicator with experience building trust, collaborating, and presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Skilled in analysis and decision-making, with a logical problem-solving approach and the ability to influence effectively.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
