Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a varied contentious probate caseload including contesting the validity of Wills, Inheritance disputes, Trustee disputes, and Estate disputes.
- Confident business developer promoting the team and firm within the Kent market.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
