Role Overview:
We are sourcing an Interim Director of Corporate Strategy for a leading organisation, with a focus on pure corporate strategy rather than commercial or transformational strategy. The role is essential in shaping the strategic direction of the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to define and execute corporate growth plans. Unlike commercial or transformational strategy roles, this position requires expertise in corporate-level strategic planning, business structuring, and long-term organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading corporate strategy development, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s long-term objectives.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders across finance, executive leadership, and corporate teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Structuring and executing business strategy projects, including organisational expansion, restructuring, and corporate development.
- Working closely with finance teams to assess business performance and strategic opportunities.
- Providing insight into industry trends, competitive positioning, and corporate growth strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Corporate Strategy role at Director
- Strong background in corporate strategy within large, complex organisations (ideally financial services).
- Demonstrated experience in leading annual strategy reviews
- Must be able to work at pace in an interim capacity, providing immediate strategic impact.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills at C-suite level.

- Rate – £1250 p/d
- Location: Onsite presence – flexible p/w
- Duration: Initial six-month contract, with potential to go permanent.
