Our client based on the outskirts of Romford are actively recruiting for a permanent Hire Desk Controller.

As the Hire Desk Controller you will be working as part of a team in a busy hire depot.

You will be responsible for providing a prompt and efficient service to all customers both internally and externally. You will maximise all revenue opportunities and administer all associated paperwork whilst providing an outstanding customer service at all times.

Key areas of focus are:

Hire and sales revenue growth

Achieving deadlines

Ensuring a consistent high quality of customer service

Working closely with the external sales representatives

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role or within a construction related environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm
