Location: London (Onsite / Hybrid arrangement)

Duration: 8 months May – December 2025

About the Role: As a Clinical Operational Manager, you will:

• Ensure compliance with constitutional standards and targets), focusing on improving processes to enable rapid diagnosis and treatment for patients.

• Collaborate with operational leads and trust sites to review pathways, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for enhanced service delivery.

• Provide insightful reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to evaluate performance, track progress, and recommend actionable improvements for both internal and regional stakeholders.

About You: The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in operational roles, particularly addressing diagnostic and performance challenges—experience within imaging departments is a bonus.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of MDTs (multidisciplinary teams) and administrative processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Have experience developing and implementing dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple sites and produce concise, actionable reports.
