Role: Business Development Manager – Home Care Location: Salary: £35,000 – £45,000pa + Bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Home Care organisation based in Southeast London who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to support in the management, development and growth of the business.

You will be responsible for supporting growth, management of existing relationships, business development leads generated by them, the quality of those leads and their positive rate of conversion into sales. You will support the businesses by achieving company growth through business development and new initiatives; generating sales from business development.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for:Identified and developed new long term partnerships through a thorough understanding of our clients commercial needs alongside understanding the needs of any new potential partner through meaningful collaboration.Attending meetings as required with the partners/new business relationships to ensure strong relations are maintained.Ensuring that all Business Development contacts are loaded onto the CRM and that there are regular and meaningful contact with these contacts.In addition, also provide insight and feedback on products, new development and the market.All plans, activities and representations must be reflective of the business plans and core values.

Business Development Manager Requirements:Excellent working knowledge of the care sector, preferably live-in care.Strong commercial focus mixed with the understanding of the softer aspects of the care industry.Able to identify new opportunities for strategic growth.Strong planning and organisational skills.Ability to network and build relationships at all levels.Proven sales skills and rapport building.Strong financial budgetary skills and ability to develop meaningful KPIs in support of financial targets.Ability to identify areas of opportunity for self-development.Driving licence.If you would like to be considered for this exciting Business Development Manager opportunity or would like to request a full job description, please contact Robbie Peto direct on 0161 938 1181.
