We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of multiple large-scale construction projects including data centres, pharmaceutical plants, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and leadership, ensuring seamless coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of all MEP systems across diverse project environments.
Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of MEP works on multiple projects.Lead project teams and subcontractors in the planning, design review, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively managing risks and delays.Drive quality control processes and implement best practices in installation and commissioning.Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.~7+ years of experience in MEP coordination and delivery, ideally with exposure to data centre, pharma, or industrial projects.~ Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, BIM coordination, and commissioning processes.~ Ability to travel across multiple sites and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.~ Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and international MEP standards….
