Account Manager – London/Hybrid – £45,000 – £50,000I am supporting a brilliant company that operate within the travel sector who develop cutting edge solutions that empower prestigious financial institutions and travel partners world wide.
They are looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in fostering relationships between clients such as Visa and Mastercard. You will be making sure clients accounts are running smoothly, managing day to day SLA reporting and administration and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying key trends, supporting the development of created work by providing accurate meeting feedback and forecast and track client account metrics.
The ideal person will be able to grasp technical concepts, able to manage and support multiple projects, have an understanding of legal contracts and be an excellent communicator.
Salary is up to £50,000 and in return you will get hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office, 26 days annual leave +bank, solid pension, access to travel benefits such as lounge access and so much more.
