Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment in Ruislip , they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to take their QMS function to the next level .

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and enhance the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) , ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies while managing the HSE function.
- Ensure product quality meets and exceeds industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain QSHE compliance.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff competence and awareness.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong quality experience within a manufacturing environment .
- Proven team leadership and development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality regulations.
- Experience in improving SOPs, policies, auditing, and compliance, Lean Implementation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
