The ideal candidate is a driven, well-organized individual who has experience within the sales and promotion of actives and natural ingredients into the personal and beauty care markets in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the sales and business development of actives and natural ingredients into the personal care, cosmetics and beauty markets across the UK.
- Develop, grow and manage accounts within the personal and beauty care markets
- Identify and acquire new customers by identifying and showcasing the actives and natural ingredients portfolio
- Implementation and delivery of the market strategy, inline with annual budget and product forecasts
- Market and competition monitoring, identification of new business opportunities
- Deepening the knowledge of actives and natural ingredients based in the portfolio
- Regular customer visits and calls, both directly and together with other sales colleagues and suppliers
- Report maintenance and documentation in the CRM system
- Represent the company at tradeshows and exhibitions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in chemistry or cosmetics science
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally experience in formulating beauty and personal care products
- Experience within the sales of ingredients within the UK personal and beauty care market
