Fire and Security Service Engineer (Temporary Sub – Contract Role)

V7 are looking for multi-disciplined service and maintenance engineers for an a exciting long term contract opportunity in the Northampton and Peterborough area. With this contract as a multi-disciplined service engineer you will have the chance to self mange and work on multiple housing sites across your area. The client we are working with are a national business, who specialize in the security industry and due to a number of major contract wins they are looking for dedicated engineers to join there team.

Job Details

• 6 months rolling contract.
• Monday – Friday work (weekend work available)
• Covering sites across the Northampton and Peterborough area.
• Good experience in servicing and maintenance of fire, emergency lights, intercom and access control
• Have an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

• Hourly rate starting from 33.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in service and maintenance of security systems and fire panels.
• Ability to undertake service and reactive repairs.
• Must be DBS checked
• Asbestos awareness, Manual Handling and GDPR courses required before starting.
