Council Tax Officer (Civica OpenRevenues)

Hourly Rate: £23 – £27 per hour (umbrella)

Hours: Full time

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in the Midlands to recruit a Council Tax Officer on a 3 month contract. The role is fully remote and looking to start at short notice.

Main duties of the job:

1. Responsible for all aspects of Council Tax Billing and Recovery
2. Dealing with queries over the phone
3. Applying relevant discounts, exemptions and disregards
4. Setting up direct debits and taking payments
