We’re on the lookout for an experienced, results–driven Head of Sales to lead our high–performing sales team within a fast–paced, high–volume car supermarket environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a large, multi–site sales team to consistently exceed volume and profit targets.
Design and deliver a clear, results–focused sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Monitor sales performance using key KPIs and real–time data to drive continuous improvement.
Champion an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to aftersales, building loyalty and referrals.
Maximise opportunities in vehicle finance and value–added product (VAP) sales.
Manage stock presentation standards and aged inventory to ensure optimal turnover.
Drive digital transformation using CRM systems and sales technology to streamline operations.
Skills:
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role.
A strong background in a high–volume retail or car supermarket environment.
A proven ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets and deliver strong financial results.
Excellent people management, coaching, and development skills.
Commercially astute, data–led, and confident in using insights to make strategic decisions.
Deep understanding of the used car market and evolving consumer buying behaviours.
Proficient with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
