We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Events and Facilities Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Wokingham.
As a Events and Facilities Supervisor you’ll:
- Monitor and ensure delivery of all services on site, including Catering, Cleaning, and Logistics.
- Directly Manage and Deliver Events Operations.
- Support operational managers at unit and contract level ensuring compliance to all Legal, Client, Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Ensure Service delivery within specified budgets and standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in of working within an liP Framework.
- Experience of managing health and safety in a factory setting.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Proactive and Can Do Attitude
