About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in London, supporting ourBusiness Intelligence function. We run a Tableau instance for 7000 users and maintain the underlyingdata infrastructure. In this role, you will work to build and extend our systems and support users inhelping them understand the BI tools and data within.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the BI team in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical models thatprovide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  2. Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets using SQL and other data manipulation tools.
  3. Collaborate with end users to understand their reporting and analytical needs and deliver scalablesolutions.
  4. Design and implement data quality monitoring and pipeline hygiene processes.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions and data models.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the sales operationsworkflow.
  7. Assist in building predictive models to enhance sales forecasting accuracy.
  8. Support ad-hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and working with large datasets.
  2. Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
  3. Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques.
  4. Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau.
  5. Understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  7. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionableinformation for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of Salesforce platform.
  2. Familiarity with sales operations in a B2B environment.
  3. Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
  4. Prior experience in a sales, revenue or marketing revenue operations role.
