Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

About the company: Top UK Law firm
Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Corporate team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support a team of 9 solicitors/partners alongside another paralegal and a secretary.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide transactional support
- Managing ancillary documents
- Preparing due diligence reports
- Legal research and drafting
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Corporate Paralegal experience and a genuine interest in this area of law.
