Job Description:Active Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative to join our client’s team in Patchway, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles in accordance with company safety standards.
• Accurately picking and stacking materials in the warehouse.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Conducting pre-shift checks and ensuring the forklift truck is maintained to a high standard.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and reliability.
