Your new role

• Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Collaborating with teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Evaluating investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Transformation experience within FP&A processes.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• 3-5 years of FP&A or transformation experience, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
