Key Responsibilities:
- Lead work streams within client engagements, managing teams and delivering impactful solutions.
- Develop client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to deliver insightful solutions.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with client employees and managers.
- Assist in preparing high-quality deliverables, including documents and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with client counterparts to scope work and gather requirements.
- Oversee junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Enabling HR technologies, digital HR, organisation design, learning & development, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance, and talent.
- Future organisational capabilities, trends, and business performance improvement.
- Design and implementation considering business demands and efficiency.
- Analysis of HR requirements, employee experience, and implementation of enabling technology.
- Robotics, automation, AI, cognitive computing, virtual reality, augmented reality, and innovative employee engagement technologies.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to influence others and work effectively in high-pressure, time-critical situations.
- Clear understanding of HR’s value and function within a business context.
