Chief Financial Officer

We’re looking for an outstanding Chief Financial Officer to join our Group Executive Board and help lead an ambitious growth journey.

The Business

• Clear M&A strategy in motion
• Targeting £50m+ turnover in the next 24 months

The Role

• Strategic partner to the CEO and board
• Lead on M&A strategy, deal execution, and post-deal integration
• Take ownership of capital raising to support acquisitions and growth
• Build and develop finance capability across the group
• Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions
• Strong track record in raising capital (debt and/or equity)
• Commercial acumen and leadership capability at group level
• Worked in a similar sized business and ideally in manufacturing or similar industries
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
• Experience in a scaling, entrepreneurial or PE-backed business is a plus

Ideally based in the Midlands, Manchester, or Leeds (Hybrid working available)

This role is about rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in the business day to day, as well as providing strategic financial leadership.
